What happens if you go out of business?
Nothing. The product runs on your machine, and your licence is yours from the moment you buy it. Our server may never answer again: the gateway keeps working, with no time limit and no degradation.
Do I need a permanent Internet connection?
No. The gateway needs the local network to talk to your phones, and the Internet only if you call its API from outside. Our central server is never on the path of a message.
What does a message really cost?
Whatever your carrier plan charges, and nothing more. We bill neither the message sent, nor the message received, nor the number of devices.
How is the gateway installed?
A single command, on your own server or on a free-for-life machine at a cloud provider. The installation guide and a free video tutorial walk through every step, up to pairing the first phone.
What exactly does the licence cover?
An unlimited right of use in time on its major version line, twelve months of feature updates, then security fixes with no time limit.
Can I move to another server after buying?
Yes. The machine fingerprint is reset from your account area, without contacting us and at no extra cost.
