1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site https://sms-gateway.araylab.com and of the customer area it hosts. The site is published by [RAISON SOCIALE], identified in the legal notice.

The purchase of a licence is governed by the terms of sale, and the use of the software by the end user licence agreement. These terms cover the site only.

2. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible at no charge, without registration, except for the customer area. Internet connection costs remain yours.

By browsing the site, you accept these terms.

3. Your account

3.1. Created through a sign-in link

Your account is created the first time you sign in. There is no password: you enter your email address and receive a single-use sign-in link. Opening it signs you in and proves that the address is yours.

3.2. An accurate address that is yours

You use an email address you control. It identifies the buyer, and notices about your licence are sent to it.

3.3. Closing the account

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to [EMAIL]. Once the account is closed, your licence key can no longer be shown to you again: keep a copy of it before asking.

4. Account security

4.1. Your mailbox protects your licence

Your licence key is visible in your customer area, and access to that area relies solely on your mailbox. Anyone who controls that mailbox can therefore read your key. Protect it accordingly: a strong password and two-step verification with your email provider.

4.2. The sign-in link is personal

Do not forward a sign-in link: it opens your session on its own. Sign out of your customer area on a shared device.

4.3. If in doubt

If you think your key or your mailbox has been compromised, regenerate your key from your customer area, then enter the new key in the Licence screen of your installation, and let us know at [EMAIL].

5. Your commitments

When using the site, you undertake not to:

• attempt to access an account that is not yours;
• circumvent or test the site's security measures without our written agreement;
• disrupt the operation of the site, in particular through automated requests in excessive volume;
• place an order in the name of a third party without their authorisation.

We may suspend access to the customer area in the event of a breach, with no effect on a licence lawfully acquired.

6. Availability of the site

6.1. No guarantee of continuity

We do our best to keep the site accessible, without being able to guarantee it at all times. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or incidents.

6.2. No effect on your software

An unavailability of the site has no effect on the software you have installed. It depends on neither the site nor the customer area to work: only access to your key, downloads and ordering are suspended during the interruption.

7. Ownership of the content

The texts, illustrations, videos and graphic elements of the site, as well as the SMS Gateway brand, are protected. Any reproduction or reuse beyond a short quotation with the source acknowledged requires our prior agreement.

8. Links

8.1. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services, notably Gumroad for payment. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.

8.2. Links to the site

You may link to the site without prior authorisation, provided you do not suggest an affiliation or partnership that does not exist.

The processing of your personal data, including cookies, is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the day of your visit.
